- Senior Pastor/founder of the inner-city southwest Detroit Metropolitan World Outreach Center and The Good News Gang Metro
- President of the Community Development Corporation and Urban Children's Outreach Organization and Western Storage and Warehouse, Inc.
- B.A. degree in Bible from Central Bible College, and an M.A. degree in Telecommunications from Wheaton Graduate School
- Member of the DWO Elder Board
- Wife Shari is a ordained minister, co-pastor of Metropolitan Outreach Center and administrative assistant at DWO
- Married for 25 years, has three children, Paul, Jessica and Erica living in Dearborn

Crystal Burgor
Executive Assistant to Senior Pastor Ben Gibert

- Joined the DWO staff as Executive/Personal Assistant to Bishop Jack Wallace from 2000-2005
- Later served as Executive Assistant to Pastor Ben Gibert from 2005 -2006
- Appointed Chief Project Manager/Chief Event Manager for DWO in 2006
- General overseer over all major DWO projects including construction
- Coordinates all event planning, calendars and logistics
- Married to husband Stephen for 17 years, who has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University
- Has children Lindsey, Kelsey and Allyson and resides in Southgate

Elijah Lewis, Jr.
Minister of Creative Dynamics

- Integrates creative dynamics in every facet of the ministry and to ensure that the church remains contemporary, cutting-edge and exciting in fulfillment of the distinctive to be a dynamic church Collaborates with the various ministry departments to produce cutting edge, multi-media materials, including print, video, audio, and website internet design Supervises projects that include:
- the continuous modification to internet website design; collaboration with video/media production teams; collaboration with music ministry and audio productions; redesign and revamp of print graphics and documents;
- review and research innovative technology advancements.
- Worked in the music and video industry for 17 years and developed relationships with music greats such as Dr. Mattie Moss Clark, Clark Sisters, and the late Rev. James Moore He has also worked along side notable producers such as Fred Hammond, Rodney Jerkins, Joe "Flip" Wilson and produced music and video for artists such as Commissioned, Lexi and Natalie Wilson, Mary Mary
- Married for 13 years to Sheria and has 4 children: Elijah III, Shawn, Shay, and Jaylen

- 14 years of ministry experience as a teacher, deacon, usher, and as a part of MAPS missions program service (trips to isreal, Hungary, and the Phillipines)
- Attended North Central Bible College
- Retired from General Motors after 28 years of service
- Married to wife Kim, with children Holly and Brooke. They reside in Dearborn Heights

Spiritual Mother of DWO, Founding Pastor, Staff Minister, and Board Member of DWO

- Widow of our beloved former pastor, Bishop Jack
Wallace and a devoted mother with a true heart for Christ.
- Dynamic women's speaker who preaches with compassion that makes everyone that hears her feel loved, totally accepted, and cared for in her presence.
- Leads the ministry to new believers at DWO.
- Serves as critical counsel to the Pastors Ben and Charisse Gibert.
- A Christ for the Nations graduate, she carries
an Associates degree in Theology from CFN, as well as
a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education
with a minor in Dance from State University of New York at
Genesco
- She resides in the Metro Detroit area with her two beautiful daughters, Hannah and Katelin.
- Gael has a profound love for people and a vision of “Seeking and Saving the Lost"

Evert Arnett

- Attended DWO since 1989. Developed a passion and anointing to reach children for Christ.
- Has served in multiple areas of ministry including Mime, Drama Royal Rangers, Sunday School Teacher and Bus Ministry.
- Appointed to present position in 2003 Graduate of Rhema Correspondence Bible School / Certificate in Bible.
- Married to Kimberly Arnett who assists Minister Evert in the ministry as well as running a home business
- Have 3 children: Kyle , Rebekah and Kevin and presently reside in Redford Township

Galena Conaster

- Passion - Inspire the body of Christ to a deeper experience in God through the power of prayer, the prophetic gifts and through passionately preaching the gospel.
- Served as an associate pastor at Detroit World Outreach for over ten years.
- Her 1st book: Running To Win, was released in 2004.
- Speaks at numerous outside special events.
- Ordained minister graduating with a Bible and Doctrine certificate from Berean College in 1992
- She resides in Redford, Michigan with her husband Michael. She is the mother of four daughters and has seven grandchildren

Matt Beebe

- Developed his passion for music at the young age of 10. Began playing for church services as a child. At age 15 he was playing the main piano in the adult worship services.
- Appointed, at age 18, by the Pastor Art Ledlie to lead worship at Metropolitan World Outreach.
- Served in present position at DWO for 3 years
- Passion is to write and create worship songs that will usher in the presence of the Lord in all styles of music.
- Has recorded 3 albums including the latest... The Nations Will Praise with the DWO praise teams
- Walks in ministry with his lovely wife Kelly and 3 children Sami, Megan and Zoe. They presently reside in Redford Township

Mike Krowisz

- Strong passion to serve the Body of Christ and facilitate the calling on every believer.
- Attended DWO since 1983; on staff at DWO since June 1994.
- Has worked with major local, state and national evangelism events including Detroit AIM,
Promise Keepers and Acquire the Fire.
- Birthed several ministries at DWO including the Way of Victory Prayer Line,
Bus Ministry, Summer of Souls outreach, Ministers in Training (now Ministers of Excellence)
and the annual Turkey and Toy Give-Ways.
- Graduated from University Detroit-Mercy in 1975 with a B.A. in History and a Michigan Secondary teaching certificate
- Graduate of Berean School of the Bible in 1986 with a Certificate in Bible and Doctrine.
- Worked as an adult education teacher in Detroit for 11 years
- Has two sons, Jonathan , David and a daughter Jessica, and resides in Dearborn Heights
