Pastor Charisse Gibert has a passion to teach people how to fulfill their God-ordained purpose and walk in the destiny God has designed for them. She is an ordained pastor/teacher and has been involved in ministry for over 17 years. She and her husband, Elder Benjamin Gibert, have served in 4 spirit-filled fellowships across the U.S. In these fellowships, she has served as Christian Education Director, Vacation Bible School Coordinator, Teen ministry teacher, Woman's ministry teacher, Writer/Director/Productor of Christian plays, Christmas Productions, Fashion Shows and other special events.

Pastor Chairsse holds a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Art, Advertising and Design from Prairie View A&M University, Prairie, View, TX. She has also completed some postgraduate classes towards an M.A. in counseling and Biblical Studies. While on campus, she gained experience as a news editor, reporter, writer, VP public relations assistant, peer counselor, dorm mother to over 500 freshman girls, and was chosen to be a council member of the HBCU ( Historical Black Colleges and Universities).

Additionally, she is an FCC licensed Broadcaster of 17 years and has successfully worked in Christian FM and AM radio as a broadcaster, show host and DJ. She has also developed bible-based curriculum for women's and youth ministry. In addition, she has ghost written two published books, and edited several book manuscripts. In 2004, she finished her first book, A Wise Woman Builds Her House and is currently working on the next book projects.

Currently, Pastor Charisse assists her husband, Elder Benjamin Gibert, Senior Pastor of Detroit World Outreach, where she founded the Woman of Virtue women's ministry. Woman of Virtue is a character-based ministry dedicated to teaching the women of God excellence in every area of life.

Pastor Ben and Charisse Gibert have been married for 14 years and have 4 wonderful children and many other spiritual sons and daughters.
